Start with the right package.

Enhanced uses Unreal Engine 5 and a refreshed official Dev Kit. Old UE4 mods are not automatically compatible. Start with explicitly Enhanced-compatible Workshop releases and the game’s mod menu.

1. Choose mods marked compatible with Conan Exiles Enhanced.
2. Let Steam finish subscribed downloads, then enable the required list in the game.
3. Match a multiplayer server’s versions and load order. Back up saves before changing a world’s mod set.

Use the game or author’s installation flow. Automated installation in Heimdall is not enabled for this route.

Keep your setup dependable.

Use the game’s launcher to check for updates and verify files if it fails to start. Keep demo and playtest installations separate from the full game.

Use the platform launcher to start the game. Check the publisher’s current notices after a game update.
