Crossout's October 28 update raises Breaker weapon damage by 10%, reduces perk bonus damage by 7% and fixes incorrect perk scaling with radiators. The developer says damage with the perk active rises slightly overall. The patch also fixes email linking for Steam accounts, improves mine visibility and vehicle-durability display, corrects Snowfall aiming and addresses server/client stability. The notes do not explicitly confirm removal of the earlier Breaker clan-mode restriction.
Crossout acknowledges that some accounts created through Steam are missing the option to link an email in game settings. The team says a fix is planned for the next minor update. This notice does not confirm that the fix has been released.
Crossout announces Dev Hunt for PC Europe on October 29 from 16:00 to 17:00 GMT, in Get the scrap metal! classic mode at 9,000 PS. Four qualifying destroys or protections during the event also award Sticker prank paint once per account. The notice warns against leaving matches early to search for targets.
Crossout temporarily disabled the Breaker shotgun in clan modes because of excessive damage. A fix is in progress, and the developer will announce when the restriction is removed.

Crossout says competitive clan modes will be unavailable October 19–26 for technical reasons. The first season of the updated Clan wars is scheduled to start October 26.
