Fallout 4 lets you explore the Commonwealth, follow branching quests, scavenge supplies and build settlements. Shooting and character progression give you several ways through its encounters. Before adding Creations, keep a clean save so you can return to it if the changes cause problems.

The Creation Kit update fixes PC-to-PlayStation geometry conversions and several archive/file-detection issues. These are creator-tool fixes rather than a general gameplay patch.
