Use the in-game mod browser.
Warner Bros. Games supports PC mods in Hogwarts Legacy. The publisher says to open Play Mods from the main menu, link a Steam account to a Warner Bros. Games Account, and install from Discover or Browse. Enable mods on a separate Mod Save, then apply changes in game.
Heimdall does not move mod files or configure a folder for this route. Follow the publisher’s current instructions and keep an unmodded save.
