Follow a compatible Path of Exile item filter on the official site, then select it under Options → Gameplay in the game.
Built-in item-filter system, no injected loader.
Requirements
- Path of Exile1 account
- Filter compatible with the currently displayed PoE1 version
Return to the default item filter in Options to disable customization. Review a filter’s version before following; this changes item display, not server-side progression.
- Item highlighting customization is a limited supported route, not permission for automated gameplay or arbitrary client modification.
